Fantastic opportunity to join a very well respected and expanding PQS Consultancy and run your own projects as well as work as part of a team on larger developments up to £30 million!!
The Role
My client is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Bristol and take sole ownership of projects up to £5 million as well as work as part of a team on larger, high profile developments.
You will be working in a team of 10 Quantity Surveyors and be involved in projects from feasibility stage to final account and handover. Projects can range from a wide variety of sectors including Commercial, PFI, Health, Education, Leisure, Retail however a strong focus is on the Education and Health sectors due to recent secured framework agreements.

My client is a well respected PQS consultancy in Bristol with a strong team of over 20 in the Bristol office. They are expanding in the South West and despite recent market conditions are actually expanding year on year due to the sectors that they specialise in.

The Person
Reporting to the Regional Director you must
• Be capable of running projects up to £2 million from inception to completion
• Be client facing and a confident communicator
• You will need to work well within a team environment
• Be degree qualified at a minimum
