Your challenge is to make sure the right people have the information they need at the right time. The strategy you implement will incorporate regular staff briefings and information on new clients, changing campaigns and business developments, as well as bespoke communication campaigns to support projects and change management. You’ll also manage our intranet site.
With excellent interpersonal and copy writing skills, you can tailor your communication style to suit diverse audiences. Self-motivated and organised, with advanced IT skills, you may already work in internal communications in a large call centre, or perhaps in marketing.
