We are currently looking for Claims Negotiators for our Collections department.
We are the market leader in our field and a true believer in innovation, creativity and driving for success.
As a Claims Negotiator you will have your own case load to manage and will work towards negotiating to successfully recover full settlement of client’s claim.
Key accountabilities:
• To collate and assess Client's claim following a road traffic accident.
• Submit claims to third party insurers and negotiate to successfully recover full settlement of client's claim.
• You will be involved in recovery of hire charges, cost of repairs, engineers fees, pre-accident vehicle value and any other uninsured losses as quickly as possible.
• You will need to keep all relevant parties informed of the current claim status at all times.
• You will need to negotiate on claims where liability for the accident is disputed.
• You will need to give advice to other departments on the viability of accidents.
A keen eye for detail is a must as you will be keeping accurate and up to date records as well as dealing with an exciting variety of daily enquiries from clients, insurers and external suppliers alike.
No day is ever the same so excellent communication and flexibility is a key factor to the ongoing success of this highly rewarding department.
