    Resourcer, Long Ashton, Bristol
    £16,500 basic + realistic £4,500 annual bonus paid monthly (OTE £21k)
    (includes shift and weekend work)

    Our client is an extremely successful nursing recruitment agency based in Long Ashton and due to their success they are currently looking for a number of Resourcers to join their team. Reporting to the Team Leader and Director of Operations you will be working in a highly customer focused environment and will be responsible for the following:

    - Acting as an initial point of contact and managing relationships with customers and nurses
    - Responding appropriately to all enquiries and identifying customer service priorities
    - Making decisions on nurses suitability for particular shifts
    - Dealing with individual private client enquiries, assessing their clinical requirements to ensure the appropriate placement of nurses
    - Meeting defined performance targets and seeking guidance in unexpected situations
    - Undertaking measurement of customer satisfaction levels as appropriate
    - Demonstrating empathy with the customer and nurse
    - Making both inbound and outbound calls
    - Handling of complaints and concerns from nurses and clients

    40 Hours per week / 5 x shifts of 8 hours between 7am - 10pm (fairly distributed amongst team and agreed by you including working both Sat and Sun every other weekend)

    Candidates must have a strong background within a call centre environment and be able to demonstrate the ability to work towards and meet KPIs. Someone who has experience of coaching colleagues and proving themselves to be a great team player will be highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels are essential along with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

    Please note that this client is based out in Long Ashton. There is free parking or alternatively a bus from Anchor Road, central Bristol that takes approx 15-20minutes.
