    Resourcer, Long Ashton, Bristol
    £16,500 basic + £4,500 realistic annual bonus paid monthly (OTE £21k)
    40 Hours per week / 5x shifts
    Monday to Sunday 7am-3pm/9am-5pm/2pm-10pm
    Shifts agreed 6 weeks in advance and includes working every other weekend
    Also includes working Bank Holidays

    Our client, a well-established and extremely successful nursing recruitment agency, is currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Resourcer / Call Executive to join their rapidly expanding business.

    Reporting to the Team Leader and Director of Operations you will be working in a highly customer focussed environment and will be responsible for the following:

    Acting as an initial point of contact and managing relationships with customers and nurses
    Responding appropriately to all enquiries and identifying customer service priorities
    Making decisions on nurses suitability for particular shifts
    Dealing with individual private client enquiries, assessing their clinical requirements to ensure the appropriate placement of nurses
    Meeting defined performance targets and seeking guidance in unexpected situations
    Undertaking measurement of customer satisfaction levels as appropriate
    Demonstrating empathy with the customer and nurse
    Making both inbound and outbound calls
    Handling of complaints and concerns from nurses and clients

    You will have
    A strong background within a call centre or telephone based customer service environment
    A demonstrable ability to work towards and meet KPIs
    Experience of coaching colleagues, proving yourself to be a great team player
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
    Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
