Due to successful growth our clients a leading Insurance company based in North Bristol are looking for a Motor Claims Team Leader. This is an exciting time to join the company as you will be instrumental in recruiting a brand new staff team (of around 8-10) and making the team a success within the business
The Job
Meet or exceed business goals by leading, developing and monitoring team members to deliver outstanding customer service and claims handling..
The skills
- Experience of providing coaching and feedback
- Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
- Experience of motor claims handling and/or experience of handling high volume telephone activity in a Customer Contact Centre environment
- Experience in at least one of the following product areas: Life, Bank or General Insurance
- Experience of deputising for a team leader is desirable but not essential
- Awareness of motor claims technical processes for handling innocent third party claims (if applicable)
- A recognised supervisory qualification is desirable but not essential
Hours of work:
-37.5 Hour week - Working shifts between 08:00-22:00
- Additionally working either Saturday or Sunday 1 weekend in 3 (Saturday 08:00-17:00, Sunday 09:00-16:00)
