Due to successful growth our clients a leading Insurance company based in North Bristol are looking for a number of Customer Sales Representatives to start up a brand new department and team. Working in a dynamic sales environment, you will be taking incoming calls from customers who are seeking information on various insurance / banking products. With strong communication skills you will be providing accurate information on services and products whilst delivering an excellent service. There is no cold calling but you will need to sell the benefits of their products and this can be challenging due to the targets!! You will however be financially rewarded for meeting them. This is a key role for the company as it is the first opportunity to show how good the companys customer service is and build a relationship with their customers
The Person:
Applicants will need to demonstrate previous experience of meeting and exceeding targets and a desire to work in a motivated sales team.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience within any industry
- Computer literate
- You should be motivated able to use your initiative
Training and Development:
You will be provided with a 7-week training programme (including Buddying) which you will need to commit to the whole length of training. This is a classroom based training course split between practical, role-plays and self-learning. There will be assessments both written and practical that you will need to pass. With support and development given, you will need to re-sit the assessments if you do not pass them. If you continue to fail them, it may lead to your employment being terminated with us. Once you have completed your initial training, you will join a team of 10-12 advisors who will all report to a Team Leader. Your TL will be responsible for supporting and encouraging you in order for you to develop your career.
Hours of work:
-37.5 Hour week - Working shifts between 08:00-22:00
- Additionally working either Saturday or Sunday 1 weekend in 3 (Saturday 08:00-17:00, Sunday 09:00-16:00)
