We are currently workign with a Leading Insurance organisation who are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join their expanding team based in Bristol
The Job
To provide an efficient, professional, friendly and high quality standard of service; focusing on dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers in the contact centre, you will be taking calls from customers who are wanting to notify the company of a claim they need to make
The skills
* Personal Lines insurance experience, ideally Motor Insurance
* Excellent Customer Service experience
* Ability to work to deadline
* Good PC knowledge
* Ability to learn and retain product and procedural information on an ongoing basis.
