Field Operations Manager
Location: Bristol
Starting Salary: £26,000 (OTE £36,000)
We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious and results driven individual to lead our Field Operations team
You will have extensive industry experience, having worked at a senior level within a direct approach specialist organisation. Applicants that can demonstrate a hunger for progression will however be considered along side those with greater experience.
Self assured and hard working, you will have the drive to move forward new business initiatives on behalf of our charity partners.
You will head up the most experienced Coaching team in the industry, taking full responsibility for this large, dynamic department.
You will be target driven and have a proven track record of success in your field.
