We are currently recruiting for a Resource Planning Analyst to manage the daily and long term operational resource needs of the business. We need an organised person who will implement best practice using the available Workforce Management Systems and other relevant applications.

The successful candidate will have fantastic customer service and communication abilities. They will be flexible with a high level of analytical skills and experience working with and manipulating data from various sources, using spreadsheets and custom applications. The role will involve producing statistical telephony MI and rostering reports as required by the business so key systems competencies and knowledge such as Total view and Avaya CMS are essential. You will also ensure that the correct levels of resource are appropriately positioned to guarantee service delivery.
