The main duties of this role include liasing with Landlords and Tenants, conducting viewings for potential tenants in various properties. Drawing up tenancy agreements between Landlord and Tenant and dealing with lettings office administration.
A drivers licence and access to a vehicle is essential to conduct property viewings. Some sales experience is desireable. Previous lettings negotiator expereience is essential.
