A Interim Housing Manager is required by our social housing client in Bristol. This role is for 9-12 months to cover maternity, and is a full time 35 hour role.
The successful candidate will be taken onto the clients books and paid a package of £33320.
The role is to work in the Income and Lettings team, managing Housing Officers, Assistants and administrators.you will also be responsible for ensuring our tenants maximise their income and sustain their tenancies by providing welfare benefits and debt management advice. You will be an effective leader who supports staff, including staff, budget and service delivery management.
To apply you should have experience up to managerial level within general needs social housing, ideally including income and lettings management,
