Unique opportunity to join this expanding and vibrant IT education organisation to delivery advice, training and support to key clients.
As a key member of the client support team you will manage incoming and outgoing communication with clients and ensure the highest level of customer service. You will liaise with the internal development team to relay client feedback on products and lead training sessions on how to use the systems.
The successful candidate needs to have a specific background, either in an IT training role, but with demonstrable experience of developing client relationships, or experience in the education sector. The role demands high levels of influencing skills in senior client meetings so you should be able to command respect and have a presence in formal situations.
We are looking for candidates who are confident in the use of the internet as well as standard software solutions, good planning and organisational skills, experience of project delivery and implementation as well as a friendly approach to relationships.
This is an interesting and demanding role. Client locations are across the UK so some travel and overnight stays will be required, although office base is Bristol.
