We are looking for a HR & facilities administrator for our client in Portishead.
The role is to be responsible for providing accurate and effective administration supporting the HR team and specific facilities administration for the regional offices.
key responsibilities
-Maintenance of the personnel filing system
-All recruitment administration
-Assisting with compiling and delivering induction process
-Liaise with external training providers and booking courses
-Invitations for courses
-liaise with L&D to assist in smooth running of courses
-Organising and booking meeting rooms
-Ordering stationary
-Taking and distributing minutes
-Stock control
The ideal candidate will have a very strong administrative background ideally in an a HR environment. You will obviously have the ability to work proactively in and team or individually. You of course Will have good IT skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
