Our client is south Bristol is a well renowned financial company who are looking for a Learning and Development Training Developer to join their team.
The role is to provide a comprehensive training design and development resource for the various operations business units providing them with a training design service that is creative, innovative and tailored to the specific needs of the units.
You will provide comprehensive training needs analysis and course ware design for bespoke training programmes as well as maintaining the existing portfolio of courses to ensure relevant and concise training that are cost effective and efficient.
Other key responsibilities:-
- Develop content for the bespoke training solutions and improving existing course ware
- Develop training materials and course aids for all assigned projects
- Keep up to date with new methodologies and training best Practices.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of training and design knowledge and a proven track record of training design. You will also have excellent presentation and communication skills developed through your training experiences. You will have a passion for delivering fun and effective training programmes whilst being focused and driven toward quality.
CIPD or other equivalent qualification is essential.
You would have ideally worked in a fast paced environment, excellent communication skills, MS Office literate, extensive training experience and proven ability to design creative and effective training solutions.
