Full Description:

Our client, a prestigious company in the financial industry is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Facilitator on a 9 month contract.

You will be required to provide comprehensive training and development resources to the companies various operations business units. The role requires you to see training through from the training needs analysis through to delivering training programmes and other existing courses available.

Key responsibilities:-
- Deliver inductions to new employees
- Develop, improve and facilitate training courses
- Produce learning materials and course aids
-Co-ordinate training programmes
- Regular coaching of staff through out the training period
- Deliver all training in a motivational and effective manner
- Provide 121 coaching with trainees

The ideal candidate will be an experienced trainer with excellent presentation and strong communication skills with a passion for delivering effective and motivational programmes.

You will have had experience of all of the above and have The ability to demonstrate excellent presentation and organisational skills. You must be CIPD qualified or have an equivalent qualification.
