New role, offered on a FTC basis, to join a successful team of Learning & Development professionals, providing a first class training design service for Customer Support reps and team leaders.
We are looking for 2 creative and innovative training solutions professionals, who can provide a comprehensive TNA and courseware design service for bespoke training programmes. You will also maintain an existing suite of courses to ensure relevant, concise training in line with business strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of training and design knowledge and a proven track record of training design. You will also be familiary with training design techniques and TNA. An excellent communicator with a passion for developing motivating, fun and effective training programmes.
Timescales will be agressive and you will be working on a variety of subjects, experience of the financial services sector will be an advantage.
Ideally you will be a qualified training professional (CIPD or TAPs) and would be experienced in working in a fast paced, ideally call centre, background. We are looking for candidates with experience of the whole training cycle, analysis, delivery & evaluation.
