Our client, a highly progressive insurance brokerage with a successful and established team in Bristol, is looking for a talented individual to embrace this fantastic opportunity and lead a team of Commercial Account Handlers.
About the Role:
Providing a professional and efficient service to a wide variety of commercial clients
Build relationships with a portfolio of clients to help ensure renewal retention
Day to day management of a team of Commercial Account Handlers
Assist with the provision of a bespoke broking service
Dealing with mid-term adjustments, renewals, new business quotations and claims
Assist Sales Executives with the acquisition of new business
Negotiating terms and conditions with Insurers
Produce quality presentations and cover summaries
Check and send out proposals and policy documents
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Previous commercial broking experience is essential
Good leadership skills and the ability to mentor more junior Account Brokers
Strong knowledge of major commercial classes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to establish and develop relationships at all level
