My client, a leading charitable organisation based in North Bristol (by UWE in Frenchay) are looking for customer service advisors to join their expanding team.
You will intitally be dealing with inbound calls from customers wishing to change details on their accounts in order to get used to the systems and environment. There is NO outbound calling or sales in this role.
You as a person will have a polite and professional telephone manner, the ability to prioritise your workload and above all else will be reliable. You will also understand the importance of working to targets such as call handling times whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.
You must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience within a call centre environment with a good stable work history.
These roles are to start temporary for a minimum of 3 months but could go permanent for the right candidates.
Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday (35 hours a week) There are NO part time options at this current time.
