Our Client based in South Bristol requires a Part Time Head Housekeeper to join their team.
The successful candidate will have at least two years housekeeping experience gained within a Hospital/Hotel environment together with some
supervisory experience.
Responsibility -
Supervising the Housekeeping Operation
Budgets and Equipment
KPI Predictions/Figures
Development and Improvement of Housekeeping processes.
Communication skills are essential as the successful candidate will have to motivate and supervise the performance of a number of staff, which requires a wide variety of skills including listening, negotiating and mentoring.
Some contact with patient should be expected, with the occasional need to deal with difficult circumstances.
A good general understanding of COSHH, Fire regulations and Health and Safety is essential.
20 Hours per week
£7.75 per Hour
4 Hours per day (Morning) 7 Days per week, weekend work is required.
