Pension Consultant - Central Bristol

My client is an established actuarial, employee benefits and Financial Planning Consultancy based in Central Bristol. They are looking to recruit a Pension Consultant to work within the consultancy team and help develop the business.
Reporting directly to the operations director, your role will focus on:
Providing high quality advice to a specified portfolio of corporate and individual clients to agreed income targets, standards and timescales.
Co-ordinating effectively all the pension services to agreed clients and to be aware of further selling opportunities with agreed income targets.
To assist as required, in new business and marketing activity for the company.
Essential skills and knowledge
Technical expertise in the operation of U.K. occupational and personal pension schemes and associated employee benefit insurances.
Technical expertise in the delivery of financial planning and investment advice to individuals and SME's
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in writing, in person and over the telephone.
Excellent organisational abilities in relation to establishing own priorities and the affairs of clients.
Good interpersonal skills and the building of good relationships with colleagues, clients and staff of associated companies.
Play an important role in the peer review process as required by the Division.
