This is a truly unique and exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing practice as a Trainee Litigator.
Using knowledge of the legal system, you will learn to recover client losses which have been incurred as a result of road traffic accidents. You will be given full responsibility for your own caseload and see actions through from start to settlement.
The successful applicant will enjoy a varied and engaging role and have the autonomy to make decisions and find solutions. You will also benefit from being part of a stable and growing business that offers genuine career progression prospects.

About the Role:
Use knowledge of the law to ensure maximum recovery of losses.
Manage your own large caseload from start through to completion.
Meet all court deadlines.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Provide outstanding level of professional customer service.
Keep all relevant parties informed.
Maintain an effective case diary system.
Ensure up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Attend training to maintain and develop relevant skills and knowledge.
Skills/Experience Required:
Applicants should either have a Law Degree or A Level Law and be seeking to establish or develop their career within the legal field OR have previous experience within a similar environment.
Essential Skills Required:
Confident telephone manner
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple claims
High quality Customer Care skills
Team player
