Deputy Manager-RGN
Location: Nursing Home Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: £11-£13 per hour ( £25,000 p.a)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Available: Immediately
This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a leading role in a nursing home in Weston-Super-Mare. Our client prides itself in the delivery of high quality of care. This role is to promote a caring environment for clients through the provision of high standards of professional practise which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the clients, and to ensure the smooth running of the business.
There is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfilment.
We are looking to recruit a strong deputy manager who has a very hands on approach to their work, you will already have your RGN qualification and have a clear and thorough knowledge of the CSCI standards and a full valid work permit.
The role is based on a 40 hour week including shifts.
