Resource Direct is current working for a high profile local employer to identify an experienced, motivated and forward thinking individual to lead a team of outbound sales advisors and drive a department forward.
Our client is a leading provider of managed services and has customer focus at the core of everything that they do. They have a fantastic company culture and belive in empowering their managers to take ownership and responsibility for their teams and development of the department.
Your roles and responsibilities will be to:
• Build and maintain a strong business relationship with existing client contacts
• Fulfill individual targets to maximise contribution to team performance
• Review agents performance day to day, week to week, month to month
To apply for this role you must have:
• Previous experience as a team leader / manager in a sales environment
• Excellent motivational and influencing skills
• Good leadership skills and a positive and proactive approach
• Good communication skills and an ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
For your commitment you will be given an impressive basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 DOE, a comprehensive benefits package including heath care, holidays and pension, a friendly and supportive environment to work in and fantastic long term career opportunities.
