An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Leading Insurance and Financial Services Organisation based in Bournemouth who due to expansion are looking for a number of Customer Services Advisors to join their expanding call centre operations, the company are growing at a massive rate in the area and this offers candidates excellent career development opportunities. The Role
This position will be working in an inbound call centre on a shift rotation basis, the role will involve giving general advice to both new and existing customer along with making amendments to existing customer's policies.
Experience / Skills Required
* Candidates will need to have excellent communication skills
* Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service with a track record and experience within Customer Service (Experience from within Insurance/Financial Services would be desirable but is not essential)
* Flexible in their approach to work
* Excellent rapport building skills
* Ability to work in a target driven environment.
