We are currently working with a global market Insurance Brokerage who are looking for a Client Advisor to join their successful office in central Bristol
The Role
The purpose of the role is to place and administer Client's Insurance Programmes working alongside the Client Executive, the key tasks in terms of the renewal process are to request and analyse underwriting information, prepare and submit accurate market presentations and slips (as required) in consultation with the Client Executive, collate and negotiate renewal terms with existing and prospective insurers, produce and/or request Insurer documentation as per legislative and regulatory requirements and issue Summaries of Insurance from placement information under direction. As part of non-renewal services, tasks are to act as first point of contact within service team for day to day client insurance queries, administer mid term changes to risk, attend Client and Insurer meetings as requested as well as assist in the preparation of reports on specific projects.
Key Skills and Experience required
* Experienced in all aspects of corporate insurance, ideally for a national or large provincial broker.
* Familiar with market trading and understand commercial, financial and motor covers.
* Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
* CIP/ACII is desirable (or progressing towards).
In return this position is looking to pay a salary in the region of £31,000 with an excellent benefits package
