Our client based near Bristol require an experienced Solicitor to work within their Wills and Tax planning team.
The successful candidate will have had a minimum of 3 years experience in wills, tax planning, probate, trust creation and trust administration work. The candidate should have dealt independently with matters from commencement to conclusion.
Applicants need to be highly numerate, organised and capable of working on their own initiative. They should also have experience of achieving and maintaining chargeable hours and fee income targets.
Applicants will also be required to take responsibility for administration activities associated with running a full time caseload and be committed to building and maintaining their position in a vibrant and dynamic team.
The successful candidate should either be admitted as a solicitor, have a law degree and LPC or alternatively have completed some or all the ILEX modules looking to gain a Legal Executive Qualification.
Our standard minimum requirements of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English do apply.
