An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Sales Representative to join the Bristol office of a National General Insurance company.

As a Customer Sales Representative you will provide an outstanding service to customers, actively identifying their travel/motor insurance needs and meeting them with appropriate products and services. You will achieve profitable sales through inbound telephone selling, using targeted sales propositions to selected audiences. You will proactively seek and act upon opportunities to promote additional services and cross-sell products and resolve customer enquires within agreed guidelines. You will work towards achieving agreed sales volume, conversion and quality targets. 37.5 hours working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including 1 Sat in 3 and 1 Sun in 6, working shifts anywhere between 8am - 10pm.

Candidates must be enthusiastic, hard working and able to demonstrate sale skills. Adequate office/customer service experience is required, as is the ability to work towards targets. Excellent communication skills are essential. Excellent career prospects and training provided.
