My client, a well established Housing Association are looking for an exceptional candidate with fantastic communication skills, empathy and professionalism to undertake a role on the front desk liaising directly with tenants. Due to the nature of this work is is ESSENTIAL that candidates have previous9s experience within this industry, either on a employment or voluntary basis
DUTIES
1.To provide a first point of contact for personal visits and incoming telephone calls from tenants and customers, offering a professional, reliable and efficient service tailored to their needs
2.To provide an effective and efficient reception and administration service for the organisation including arranging appointments, word processing, photocopying, receiving and distributing mail.
3.To receive and process repair requests
4.To provide appropriate routine housing advice and assistance to customers of the Association
5.To maintain effective and accurate manual and computer records of the Associations properties in respect of responsive repairs, cyclical maintenance and tenancy matters
6.To act as liaison between customer services, housing, surveyors, contractors and customers with regards to repairs, inspections and other customer related matters.
7.Process accurate messages for staff/senior managers and maintain an efficient recording system for callers.
8.To play a key role in a team of staff and to contribute constructively to any service quality reviews.
9.Undertake other clerical/administrative duties such as faxing, photocopying, filing, typing to support the Directorate.
