Helphire are a non-fault accident management company who help drivers to get back on the road after road traffic accidents where they were not to blame. We’re currently seeking an organised person with competent PC skills in Excel and Word, who has the ability to combine their administrative skills and experience with high levels of customer service to join our team in a varied and interesting role.
Daily responsibilities will include:
• Opening incoming post and processing all new cheques
• Filing incoming daily case relevant post/ correspondence
• Running daily reports
• Obtaining information from clients over the phone
• Setting ‘follow-ups’ for file handlers on new cases
