Senior Property Litigation Solicitor is required to work for one of the firms strongest practice areas with an increasing workflow based in the firms Southampton office. The candidate will be required to assist with the work and the further development of this practice area and handle own caseload of both residential/commercial property matters, predominantly at the higher quality end of the market.
We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 5 years post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. The successful candidate must be able to handle own caseload of files, therefore you will need to have experience in both commercial and residential property litigation, whilst having a drive, ambition and an interest in further developing the business.
