Personal Injury Solicitor/FILEX required to manage own caseload of Personal Injury claims, which includes RTA, Employers Liability and Public Liability matters. Candidates will deal with a mixture of multi and fast-track cases, while manage the files from initial instruction to conclusion of costs by negotiating settlements, obtaining witness and specialist information.
We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 3 years post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. The successful candidate will ideally be from a Fast and Multi Track injury claims environment, and be used to negotiating settlements, obtaining witness and specialist information. Must be capable of running litigated files, using own initiative and working with minimum supervision.
