Personal Injury FILEX/Litigation Executive is required to work in busy offices, to provide support to the Senior Fee Earners. Working in the Personal Injury Department, duties comprise of managing litigated files using own initiative and working with minimum supervision, interviewing clients, and witnesses to obtain statements, preparing instructions to Counsel, collating documents, and liaising with clients via the telephone.
Applications must be ILEX/FILEX qualified with a broad experience of claimant work, employers liability and public liability matters. Candidates must have good organisational and IT skills, and have the ability to use own initiative. You will be expected to meet clients and witnesses, and will therefore possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
