We are currently seeking an Human Resource Systems Administrator to provide a proactive and efficient support to our HR Systems Manager. Reporting to the Manager this is a varied and fast paced role which requires somebody with excellent analytical skills as well as a keen interest in HR process and strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the full utilisation of the Human Resource system.
• Maintaining user accounts and access to systems.
• Provide management information for reports and data analysis. This will include:
o Working with the systems manager to develop new reports using the specialist reporting software within the HR System.
o Working within defined constraints e.g. reporting deadlines.
o Proactively identifying ways of producing accurate key information in a clear, concise manner.
o Production of complex bespoke reports using system data.
• Act as liaison to suppliers for general queries, error resolution etc
• Liaise with all HR team users to identify process improvements that can be delivered via the system
• Consider changes in legislation that may affect HR practices and data on the system
• Understanding of payroll and the interfaces between HR and payroll.
• Identifying and highlighting data and information discrepancies, and ensuring discrepancies and assumptions are brought immediately to the relevant party’s attention.
• Provide ad-hoc support for HR related projects.
