Full Description:

At Helphire we are looking for a Business Change Analyst who has the understanding of key business processes, and is able to identify improvement opportunities and implement change. The role is instrumental to supporting business changes, including growth of the business and identifying process optimisation.

You must be able to quickly identify improvement opportunities and implement change, working with end users through to senior management. You must work well under pressure and be able to prioritise your own time and work accordingly.

You must understand the full project lifecycle from identifying the change, to scope, identifying the deliverables, managing issues and risks through to implementation. To support this requirement you must be able to perform data gathering using the various methodologies, including route cause analysis to produce process maps.

Other key requirements are:

•Translate complex information and deliver complete and accurate findings with detailed documentation
•Present findings in a structured format and articulate them to key stakeholders
•Produce, maintain and communicate plans required to deliver products and objectives
•Manage and resolve conflict
•Communication skills
•Attention to detail
•Deliver to time - work well under pressure
