    Senior Claims Negotiators Wanted!

    Helphire are the market leader in their field and a true believer in innovation, creativity and driving for success and due to growth we are currently looking for a Senior Claims Negotiator to assist the Team Manager in the effective day to day running of the team in a bid to maximise cash collection and service standards.

    You will also ensure the smooth recovery of losses following a road traffic accident using efficient negotiation skills and to do this in a swift, courteous and professional manner in order to maximize benefits to the client.

    Principle Responsibilities

    • To collate and assess Client's claim following a road traffic accident.

    • Submit claims to third party insurers and negotiate to successfully recover full settlement of client's claim.

    • You will be involved in recovery of hire charges, cost of repairs, engineers’ fees, pre-accident vehicle value and any other uninsured losses as quickly as possible.

    • Effectively manage a case load & use fully developed negotiation skills to close cases

    • Advise both the Team and the Operations Department on liability or problem cases.

    • Ensure KPI targets and service standards are met.

    • Assist team leader with prioritizing and distributing work throughout the team and monitor to completion.

    • Assist team leader with administration.

    • Provide training and coaching for the team as required.

    • Advise and make sound decisions on potentially complex problems both internally and externally.


    We are looking for highly customer focused candidates who have extensive experience within a Claims Recovery Department. Sound technical knowledge of Claims Handling, RTA, Credit Hire and Liability is desirable.
