For this role Central Appointments is acting as an employment agency.
You will responsible for building and developing strong business relationships within the intermediately market. As a Telephone Broker Consultant you will manage your own panel of IFA's / Brokers and promote predominantly life and pensions products on behalf of the organisation. You will need to get to know your target market, knowing what your clients needs and wants are, allowing you to establish a sales and marketing strategy to get the quickest and most successful return on your product proposition. This role requires lots of relationship building, diary management and service delivery. This role is working within a sales environment with targets, and these target are extremely realistic - On target earnings £37,500 based on a Basic of £22k - However - Top Performers are exceeding these targets dramatically, and earning in excess of £40 - 60K for a desk based role....
