Tea Room Manager Weston-super-Mare
Our client, a new and exciting tourist development in Weston-super-Mare, are looking to recruit for a Tea Room Manager to join their developing team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the effective running of a large tea room within a large development. You will hold responsibility for a team of staff from recruitment to training and development. You will oversee compliance to all Health and Safety Legislations and constantly monitor and improve the level customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate must have experience within a similar role and be confident when managing a team of staff. They will also be proactive and positive in their approach to work.
