Job Description
This small hotel located in Dorset works only with fresh food with an emphasis on seafood. They are now looking for an enthusiastic chef de partie to join their brigade.
Chef de Partie applicants for this position should be hard working and dedicated to their job. Producing quality food for this busy operation you must be used to working with quality produce and work well as part of a team.
Reporting to the Head Chef.

Qualifications/Experience required:
Applicants should have NVQ 1 and 2 and a Food Hygiene Certificate.
