Job Description
Our client is a magnificent 3red star 2rosette accredited property looking to recruit a passionate Head Pastry Chef to join their thriving team. This stunning Castle Hotel is set in acres of wonderful landscaped gardens and woodlands. This is a splendid opportunity to work in a high class, quality working environment.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include running the Pastry Section producing all freshly made desserts, ice-creams, petit fours, baked bread and afternoon teas, stock control and ordering. You will be using only the freshest and best ingredients to create imaginative seasonal dishes.

Qualification/Experience:
You will have previous experience of working in a 2 rosette accredited property. The successful candidate will have experience in making breads, ice-creams and pastries.
