Job Description

This luxurious country house hotel with an award winning restaurant is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie. The hotel has several dining rooms, ranging from a fine dining restaurant to private dining facilities for functions and banquets. The hotel is also renowned for its award winning cuisine, beautiful décor and fantastic levels of service.

The Role:-

An enthusiastic and professional individual is required for this property. You must have previously worked within a Rosette accredited operation and be familiar with all areas of the kitchen. The successful candidate will be a creative individual, who will have the ability to run a section of the busy kitchen. You must be a team leader with good supervisory skills to enable you to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen and to ensure that a first class service is provided to all guests.

Qualification/Experience:-

The ideal candidate will have already gained previous experience within two rosette accredited properties. In addition to this you will possess an understanding of the different sections of the kitchen and have gained your NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications.
