Job Description

Demi Chef de Partie is required at this exceptional award winning manor house hotel located in the Wiltshire area. The hotel is family orientated and is a popular wedding venue with the ability to cater for over 60 guests.

The role

This award-winning hotel would like to appoint a Demi Chef de Partie who will be responsible for running a section of the busy kitchen. Joining a brigade of 8, you will produce food to an exceptionally high standard using fresh local produce to prepare the finest cuisine. This establishment has gained Rosette accreditation and as a result the Head Chef is looking for a promising Demi Chef de Partie who has previously worked within a Rosette accredited restaurant.

Qualifications/Experience required:

The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a rosette environment and possess the determination, passion and enthusiasm to succeed as a Demi Chef de Partie. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
