Job Description
This luxury, modern contemporary property located in the Somerset area is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to enhance the existing brigade. This position has arisen due to internal promotion. The hotel has over 30 bedrooms, two restaurants offering both formal and informal dining and conference and banqueting facilities with the ability to cater for upto 90 people.
The Role:
Joining this brigade of 6 you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the food to a high standard and to supervise, train and motivate the junior members of the brigade to achieve company standards. You will also be responsible for making sure your section is clean and the maintenance of correct Health & Safety regulations.

Qualification/Experience:
You will require previous experience within a quality four star hotel and a passion and creativity for quality cuisine. Rosette experience is preferred. You will also require NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent and a current food hygiene certificate
