Recruitment and Sales Consultant positions for graduate recruiters.
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: £16,000 to £18,000 basic + uncapped commission (£30K to £40K OTE 1st yr).
We are currently looking for trainee recruitment and sales consultants to work for a leading company based in Bristol.
We have openings for trainee\'s/graduates recruiters to join one of the fastest growing recruitment businesses in the UK. If you have previous sales experience and/or have recently graduated this is a perfect opportunity to begin a highly rewarding and lucrative career in sales and recruitment. If how ever you have previous recruitment experience, are currently billing £100,000 plus and are looking for an opportunity to progress to the next level this
Working for an award winning, established and reputable organisation your role will involve:
o Running your own desk and building client and candidate (job seekers) relationships
o Fulfilling the requirements of clients and candidates (job seekers) alike
o Managing your own time and work load
o Maximising opportunity to network through your clients and candidates
o Hitting personal revenue targets and contributing to the overall performance of the business
To apply for this role you MUST have:
o A good level of education (degree) or be able to demonstrate entrepreneurial qualities
o Experience of working in a targeted sales environment
o Genuine financial motivations and a strong work ethic
o Good communication, interpersonal and sales skills
You will be given a basic salary of £16,000 to £18,000 with uncapped commission of (circa) £30,000 to £40,000 in your 1st 12 months. You will be given training, support and on going career development opportunities.
