Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Treasury Analyst to join a leading blue chip organisation based on the South Coast of England. As Treasury Analyst, you will assist with the cash flow forecasting and cash management for the Group, along with bank account reconciliations and the preparation of monthly control accounts. The successful candidate will support the Treasury Forecasting Analyst in improving the accuracy of the cash flow forecast. Alongside this, they will undertake a number of other cash management functions, including bank reconciliations, foreign currency transactions, preparation of control accounts and assisting other people around the business with banking or payment queries. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Support the Senior Treasury Analyst in all areas of Group cash management Ensure adequate cash liquidity for Group requirements through daily and weekly forecasting Provide support with putting agreed foreign exchange (FX) structures and strategies in place in order to minimise the Group\'s overall FX exposure Reconciliation of all non branch related bank accounts, including foreign currency Completion of non-branch Treasury Control Accounts Technical Skills, Knowledge & Experience Technical Skills Strong analytical and forecasting skills Some accounting and/or treasury and cash flow knowledge would be advantageous Part-qualified AAT or equivalent Commercial/Personal Skills Able to work with people in other areas around the business in the preparation of the Group cash flow forecast A good team player Good at communicating Motivated Able to prioritise and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
