Job Description

A wonderful opportunity has arisen within this 4 red star deluxe hotel that boasts a Michelin star as a Commis Sommelier.

You will report to the Head Sommelier and currently have a good wine knowledge.

It is not essential that you have worked within a Michelin star environment but you must possess a good wine knowledge to date and be looking to progress your career within these first class surroundings.

You will speak good English,be well presented and demonstrate excellent guest care and service standards.

Accommodation can be offered.
