Branch Manager – Healthcare, Bristol

• Salary circa £25k - £30k (negotiable, dependent on experience)

Company

An independent healthcare provider that specialises in care for vulnerable adults and children. With an enviable reputation built up over years of quality service and care provision they are in need of a Branch Manager for their Bristol office.

Role

·         The objective of the Branch Manager is to work effectively and efficiently with the teams and Senior Managers.

·         Develop, maintain and promote service level excellence, in line with Company policies and procedures.

·         Responsible for the development and growth of the Branch.

·         You will have a pivotal role in developing and driving the Branch forward.

Requirements

·         Highly developed communication and presentation skills

·         Proven ability to self-generate appointments and experience in new business

·         Likes working as part of a team that delivers the kind of service which is un rivalled

·         Experience in working in a target orientated environment

·         Health and Social Care and or recruitment agency background at Management level

·         Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

·         Developed and managed teams and delivered improved performance
