| A fantastic opportunity within customer services has arisen for a leading retail organisation based in Avonmouth. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customer who have problems or queries in relation to the products they have purchased within a store. You will have excellent training so you will feel confident talking about the products and finding a solution The ideal candidate will have a background within customer services; office admin experience is also preferred but not essential.
