Full Description:
A Facilities Coordinator is required by my client , a large FM provider , to provide support to their Bristol FM team based out at Aztec West.

I need someone dynamic and motivated to take this role and make it their own.Ideally you will have some previous Facilities experience and need to be used to dealing with customers face to face.

Essential Skills required:

Sound contract/supplier management skills (previous experience required)

Experience in office administration and procedures

Practical HSE awareness and experience

Self starter ,well organised with good communication skills (able to deal with people at all levels)

Able to demonstrate flexibility , adaptability and good time management

A lateral thinker able to provide innovative solutions

IT literate with the ability to develop and adapt systems for use by the FM team

An understanding of the importance of security within the office environment

Good understanding of the importance of Security within the office environment

Good understanding of financial principles

Previous experience of managing contractors and/or service delivery

An ability to travel to other locations as required

This job will provide the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to make that first step into FM proper and there are fantastic opportunities for development and promotion.
