This prestigious and forward thinking insurance company are looking for new team members to join their E-Commerce teams, calling people who have requested quotes via the internet facility. This also involves taking incoming calls and enhancing their customer experience.You will be asked to achieve targets, cross sell other products that are available and maintain a professional image at all times. This role will involve communicating with customers on all levels, answering their questions and trying to get the best outcome for them.This company encourages effective teamwork, a friendly and fun atmosphere, and an excellent training scheme along with the desire to promote people from within.The facilities on site include; a restaurant, shower facilities and lockers. There is also a shuttle bus to and from site along with discounts on local busses.This is a call centre and you will therefore be required to work 36.25 hours per week primarily 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however, some evening and Saturday shifts will be required.If you are a dedicated sales person who wants to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, you have good communication skills and have a can do attitude then we want to hear from you!
